Drama w/ My Momma: Mommy & Me Pre-K Drama
Grades 3k-5k | $200
This spring, we’re inviting our parents to participate with their young actors in this play-based Theatre for the Very Young class that will use stories, music, and games to introduce our youngest actors to the magical world of theatre. Using enchanting children’s books and music, students will grow their imagination while building skills in creativity and literacy! *Enrollment in this class includes one parent participant per registration.

Adventure Time!
Grades 5K-3 | $200
In this ten-week course, young actors in grades 5K-3 will explore an investigative drama that will take them on a journey in which a new chapter of their story will unfold each week of class. Actors will learn about storytelling, improv, teambuilding, and character development as they explore each episode as a character in the story.

Kids’ Kabaret: An Elementary Musical Theatre Revue
Grades 1-5 | $200
Kids’ Kabaret is back by popular demand! Join Artistic Associate, Anna Swearingen, for this class specially designed for our blossoming musical theatre actors in grades 1-5. In addition to covering theatrical concepts, young actors will learn songs and dances from across the Broadway canon. We will then present our revue at the end of the semester!

Broadway Basics
Grades 4-6 | $200
Join us for this fun, beginner-friendly class for "middle level" actors. Broadway Basics will delve more deeply into character development garnered from various age-appropriate texts and introduce acting "techniques" commonly used in the discipline. The class will culminate in a showcase of student work on the final day of class.

Theatrical Tap
Grades 3-6 & 7-12 | $200
Theatrical Tap is a 10 week crash course in basic tap designed for school aged students seeking to learn the fundamental techniques of tap to enhance their “castability” and expand their skills for the stage. We will work into more advanced tapping with those who need it. All classes are taught by CCT Artistic Associate and master tap teacher Lisa Sendler. The class will include a short showcase of student work on the final day.

CCTeens’ Spring Cabaret
Grades 7-12 | $200
The CCTeens are producing a cabaret! Join CCT Director of Operations Sadie Carr and Artistic Associate Anna Swearingen in this ten-week course in which the CCTeens (actors in grades 7-12) will write, plan, organize, produce, and perform in their very own Spring Cabaret. This class will also consist of instruction in vocal and acting techniques that will give students the tools they need to perform in a successful cabaret. The course will culminate into the final cabaret performance on the last day of class.
