Summer Camp 2022 Cancelation Policy

CCT Cancellation Policy

Our camps and classes hold limited capacity, and many sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least two weeks before your scheduled camp or class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another student.

Cancellations made two weeks or more in advance of the camp or class start date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 3-13 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than three days advance will not receive a refund.

Columbia Children's Theatre reserves the right to cancel a class or camp. In this case, any tuition will be refunded in full.


Refunds received may also be applied as credit toward a future camp, class, or show tickets.
